These weekly meetings open up the space for you to share your specific symptoms, desired goals, and needs. These sessions are designed to help you identify areas of improvement, create realistic strategies, and stay focused on your next steps. - Individualized Action Plans
Each week, you'll receive tailored assignments, strategies, and adjustments to ensure your program works for your body, your schedule, and your long-term goals. Communication is key and Dr. Jill will walk with you as you complete assignments to make sure you’re staying on track and adjust as needed. - Guided Use of the Pregnancy Prepared Personalized Movement Maps
We’ll integrate the Pregnancy Prepared Movement Map framework to structure your progress, while layering in personalized tweaks that reflect your body’s unique needs.
