Your body is recovering from pregnancy and birth. Prioritize mental and physical healing before focusing on weight loss.

 

Nourishment is Priority

Being overly restrictive can affect milk supply and hinder your healing. Choose food that fuel both you and your baby

 

Slow and Steady

Gradual weight loss (1-2 lbs/week) is safer for you and your milk supply

 

Always Give Grace

Every mom’s journey is different, Be kind to yourself and remember you’re doing amazing!
